TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or purchasing from NG Distillery, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Legal Drinking Age

·         You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol

·         By placing an order, you confirm that:

o   You are at least 21 years old

o   You will be present with valid ID at delivery

·         False representation of age is illegal and voids the transaction

Compliance with Law

·         All sales are made in accordance with Illinois law

·         We do not ship or deliver outside Illinois

·         Orders violating state or local regulations will be canceled

Delivery & Acceptance

·         Adult signature is required

·         Failure to complete delivery due to compliance issues may result in order cancellation and withheld fees

Pricing & Availability

·         Prices and availability are subject to change without notice

·         We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service

Limitation of Liability

NG Distillery is not liable for delays caused by compliance checks, failed deliveries due to customer unavailability, or improper storage or consumption after delivery.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
