1. Legal Drinking Age Requirement

  • By entering our website, placing an order, or accepting delivery, you affirm and certify that you are at least 21 years of age.

  • Misrepresentation of age is illegal and may result in order cancellation, refusal of delivery, forfeiture of delivery fees, and potential reporting to appropriate authorities.

2. Age Verification

NG Distillery employs multiple layers of age verification, which may include:

  • Order-level age confirmation

  • Government-issued photo ID verification at delivery

Acceptable identification includes a valid:

  • State-issued driver’s license

  • State-issued identification card

  • Passport or passport card

The name on the identification must match the name on the order.

3. Delivery Compliance & Adult Signature

  • Adult signature (21+) is required for all alcohol deliveries

  • Alcohol will not be left unattended or released to a third party

  • The recipient must be physically present and capable of presenting valid identification

If these requirements are not met, delivery will be refused and considered a failed delivery.

4. Failed Delivery Due to Compliance

A delivery may be deemed failed if:

  • No eligible adult (21+) is present

  • Valid identification cannot be produced

  • Identification does not match the order

  • The recipient appears intoxicated or impaired

  • The delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible

In such cases:

  • The order may be returned to NG Distillery

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

  • A redelivery fee may apply where permitted by law

  • Refunds, if any, will be issued at NG Distillery’s discretion and in accordance with Illinois law

5. Geographic & Legal Restrictions

  • NG Distillery currently delivers only within the State of Illinois

  • We do not ship alcohol via common carriers

  • We do not deliver across state lines

  • Orders attempting to circumvent geographic or legal restrictions will be canceled

6. Right to Refuse Service

NG Distillery reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order that violates age or compliance requirements

  • Refuse delivery if compliance conditions are not met at the time of delivery

  • Limit quantities or availability of alcohol products

These actions may be taken without prior notice to ensure legal compliance.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in order cancellation or delivery refusal.

NG Distillery is not liable for:

  • Orders delayed or canceled due to compliance checks

  • Failed deliveries resulting from customer unavailability or non-compliance

  • Consequences arising from false representations of age
