SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

NG Distillery currently offers local delivery only within the State of Illinois. We do not ship products via common carriers at this time.

Local Delivery Area

·         Delivery is available only within Illinois

·         Delivery eligibility is determined by ZIP code at checkout

·         Orders placed outside our delivery zone will not be fulfilled

Delivery Requirements

·         Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery

·         A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented

·         The name on the ID must match the name on the order

·         Orders cannot be left unattended or with a third party

If these requirements are not met, the delivery will be considered failed.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

A delivery may be considered failed if: - No eligible adult (21+) is present - Valid ID cannot be produced - The delivery address is incorrect - The recipient refuses delivery

Failed deliveries may be: - Returned to NG Distillery - Subject to a redelivery fee - Refunded minus delivery fees, where permitted by law

Delivery Timing

·         Orders are typically delivered within [X–Y] business days

·         Weather, traffic, or compliance issues may cause delays

Order Restrictions

·         We reserve the right to refuse delivery if compliance requirements cannot be met

·         We do not deliver to PO boxes

·         We do not deliver across state lines
