RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of alcohol sales and Illinois law, all spirit sales are final.

Spirits (Alcohol Products)

·         All spirits sales are final

·         No returns or exchanges once delivered

Exceptions may be made only in cases of: - Incorrect item delivered - Product damaged at time of delivery

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.

Non-Alcohol Products

This includes merchandise, barware, accessories, and other non-spirit items.

Eligible items may be returned if: - Item is unused and in original condition - Return request is made within 14 days of delivery - Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refund Processing

·         Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

·         Delivery fees are non-refundable

·         Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

·         Alcohol / spirits

·         Clearance or final-sale items

·         Gift cards

·         Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
